Shandong Taikai Vacuum Switchgear Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taikai Group. The company's main products are 0.4kV~40.5kV high and low voltage switchgear (main products include: MNS, GGD, GCS, ABB authorized cabinets, MDmax, KYN28A-12, KYN61-40.5 and XGN口-15, HXGN口-12 ring network cabinets, inflatable cabinets, etc.), 12kV~40.5kV indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers and sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers, as well as prefabricated cabins and box-type switchgear. It is a national high-tech professional enterprise integrating R&D, design, production, sales and service. It currently has more than 400 employees and a group of highly educated, high-quality and capable scientific and technological R&D teams. It has the ability and level to independently research and develop domestic leading and world-class products. It has successively cooperated and exchanged with Shandong University, China Electric Power Research Institute and West China High People's Court, and cultivated a group of scientific and technological development teams that are diligent in research, good at analysis and research and have a certain theoretical foundation. The VTK, FTK, LTK and other series of products, which have been independently developed and have independent intellectual property rights, are "specialized" products with the characteristics of "long life (maximum life of 100,000 times), large capacity (rated current up to 6300A), high breaking (up to 63KA, DC component up to 80%), high altitude (up to 5000 meters above sea level), switching capacitor bank (for 40.5kV circuit breaker switching capacitor bank current up to 400A, no restrike), and full flame retardancy". They are at the leading level in China and fill the domestic gap. Some parameters have reached or even exceeded the level of similar international products. More than 20 products have been rated as "Key Technical Innovation Projects of Shandong Province" by Shandong Economic and Trade Commission, VTK-15/5000-63 (F) generator export protection special product has been rated as "National Torch Plan Project" by the Ministry of Science and Technology, "Taikai" brand vacuum circuit breaker has been rated as "Famous Brand Product" of Shandong Province every year, and the company has been rated as "National High-tech Enterprise" for many years. We have applied for more than 90 national intellectual property patents and 6 national invention patents. Our products have been used in various industries such as electricity, metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, hydraulic power, wind power, building materials, municipal engineering, etc. for a long time, and are exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, Russia, Ukraine, Mongolia and other countries and regions.

 

The company has a registered capital of 101 million yuan. While making full use of the overall advantages of Taikai Group, it is also constantly carrying out its own technological transformation. It has established a high-cleanliness assembly workshop with more than 20,000 square meters, and has successively introduced Japanese Amada, Japanese Murata CNC punching machines, flexible processing lines, Canadian Aike CNC shearing and CNC bending, laser cutting machines, circuit breaker assembly lines, busbar processing equipment, and more than 10 sets of advanced horizontal boring and milling machines, lathes and other CNC processing equipment, which have reached the domestic advanced level and well meet the precision requirements of switch cabinets and circuit breaker parts. The company is also equipped with advanced product testing and inspection equipment such as circuit breaker mechanical characteristic testing equipment, fully automatic spring inspection equipment, electrolytic intelligent thickness measurement equipment, partial discharge testing equipment and copper raw material chemical composition analysis equipment from Programma of Germany, which provides a strong guarantee for the production of high-quality and high-performance products, making the company's process equipment reach the domestic leading level. The company's management adopts advanced MIS information system, and CAD and CAM technology are widely used in product design and manufacturing. A strict quality assurance system has been established. The company passed ISO9001:1994 quality system certification in 1997 and ISO9001:2000 system certification in 2003. It successfully passes the routine supervision and inspection conducted by Beijing Huaxin Technology Inspection Co., Ltd. every year.
