Shandong Taikai Precision Casting Co.,Ltd. is fully-owned subsidiary belonging to Taikai Group, which located at the foot of famous Mountain Tai, possessing the registered fund of 100 million RMB, which is national level high-tech enterprise integrating aluminum alloy casting R&D,production and sales.

Shandong Taikai Precision Casting Co.,Ltd. is the access enterprise announced by national industry and information ministry, and member of Shandong casting industry association, the company was established in 2007 year, covering an area of 11 hectares and building area of 26 thousand square meters. The mainly product of company include aluminum alloy tank,conductors,contacts,bracket and shield covers series as accessary that used in power transmission industry, the battery box structure, motor shell series and water cooling integrated driver as parts that used in new resources vehicle industry. Copper and tungsten alloy contact head is core of copper product, nine series in total, thousands specifications, the output of aluminum alloy casting up to more than 10 thousand tons.The company possesses more than 500 sets of advanced melting, casting and metal cutting machines, including 5 sets of 600kg,750kg,1500kg melting furnaces, 56 sets of 400kg to 1000kg low pressure casting machines, 2sets of 280 ton and 420 ton cold chamber machines, 7 sets of continuous and well type heat treatment furnaces, 4 sets of shot blasting machines and 5 sets of shell core machines. In order to manufacture high quality and high performance products , the company invested 70 million yuan in early 2016 to import 50 sets of high precision and advanced processing equipment and automatic production lines, including Germany DMG five-axis machining center, South Korea double-station horizontal machining center, high-speed drilling and milling,turning center.The company realized the independently design, processing and assembly of product molds, thus improving the processing accuracy and appearance quality of the casting. The company possesses casting technologies of low pressure casting,vacuum pressure casting,metal type gravity casting, with weight ranging from 0.03kg to 1000kg above,the products possess features of high strength,high conductivity,high gas tightness and so on.

 

In accordance with national “New Energy Vehicle Development Planning”，China enter into the high speed development period of new energy vehicle industry, the company adheres to the demand-oriented of market and customer, utilizing the advantage in craft and equipment of company to conquer technical barriers and have developed new energy vehicle series such as water cooled chassis, battery box structure, controller box structure etc. The company conduct technical innovation of sand core molding and cleaning based on former casting technique of aluminum alloy tank to design and developed spiral watercourse , several watercourse and single watercourse etc. that widely used in water cooled chassis series.The water cooled chassis series have been in the forefront of aluminum alloy casting of new energy vehicle, which parts production range from 12kg to 60kg .The products are widely used in the field of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and logistics vehicles etc. and quickly occupied domestic market.
