Shandong Taikai Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taikai Group established in response to market development needs. The company integrates more than 50 years of manufacturing experience in special-purpose vehicles, and actively draws on, digests and absorbs advanced technologies and experiences from the same industry at home and abroad, vigorously introduces various technical management talents, and relies on the strong backing support of the group company to achieve rapid development of the company. The company has successfully developed two-way driving tunnel vehicles, 10kv-220kv vehicle-mounted mobile substations, emergency power supply vehicles, UPS uninterruptible power supply vehicles, flywheel energy storage power supply vehicles, bypass vehicles (mobile box transformers, cable vehicles), high-voltage test vehicles, cable fault detection vehicles, power repair vehicles, and other products. At present, the company has the ability to produce 2,000 special-purpose vehicles annually. Customers are welcome to visit the company for purchase.

 

The company has more than 80,000 square meters of modern factory buildings, various processing equipment including CNC precision plasma cutting machine, 800-ton press, 2,000-ton single CNC bending machine, 16-meter square cabin large plate production line, submerged arc automatic welding machine, CO2 shielded welding machine and a full range of testing equipment. It has built a comprehensive performance testing laboratory for vehicle-mounted mobile substations, a comprehensive performance testing laboratory for emergency power supply vehicles, a powertrain test station for electric wheel dump trucks, and a high-precision hydraulic test station. It also has a full-condition test site for large-scale special-purpose vehicles, special engineering machinery and special factory test operations.
