Taikai Power Electronic Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Taikai Group, was established in 2003 with registered capital of 300 million RMB, is professional in research and development of equipment for controlling power quality, combining sales, specialized production base and a sound supply chain together.Taikai Power Electronic has a second grade qualification for contracting, repairs and commissioning of substation projects. As an outstanding supplier in electric power, new energy, metallurgy, coal, petrochemical and other systems. Taikai Power Electronics is a manufacturer with the relatively complete product categories and supporting capabilities in the country’s power quality (governance) industry. There are three main products series: dynamic and static reactive power compensation complete equipment, capacitors, and reactors. The complete equipment include high and low voltage SVG dynamic reactive power compensation devices, SVC (TCR, MCR, TSC) static dynamic reactive power compensation devices, TBB / TBBZ reactive power compensation devices, FC high voltage filter and compensation devices, arc suppression coil devices, neutral grounding resistance devices and other products. Company products cover more than 10 varieties with nearly 100 kinds, owned 61 national patents, 17 software copyrights. Furthermore, the full range of products has passed the "PCCC" quality system certification by a sound quality assurance system; in addition, SVC products are listed as national key new products in national Torch Program.

Taikai Power Electronic owns a high standard UHP test hall, a full load test hall and a R & D test center, a standard physical and chemical laboratory for capacitors and reactors and other test centers; it has a fully automatic capacitor production line, a relatively large reactor production line in China, a fully automatic chain production line, an intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, as well as other production equipment.

 

The ± 800kV, ± 1100kV AC and DC reactors developed by the company have been successfully used in Changji, Zarut and Ximeng UHV DC transmission project; the 35kV direct air-cooled SVG of more than 40M fills in the gaps of the industry and is now running stably in Hami wind power base; 35kV 100M fast excitation MCR-type SVC device is the first one of the 100M equipment and has been list as a technical demonstration project of the State Grid; The series of dynamic compensation devices represented by 35kV 330M high-capacity TCR SVC have been exported to Iran, Yemen and Turkey, and products throughout the Middle East, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia and other regions.
