01 Technical team
The company currently has more than 300 employees, including nearly 60 technical personnel in R&D, design and other fields. 02 Independent production
The company has a standardized plant of 15,000 square meters and nearly 100 sets of advanced manufacturing equipment. It has an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of environmental protection engineering steel structures. It has fully realized in-plant prefabrication and trial installation, reduced on-site construction links, effectively shortened the construction period in harsh environments such as rain, snow, and sites, and ensured project quality and on-time delivery.
The workshop is equipped with horizontal CNC band saws, CNC plane drills, universal plate rolling machines, plate rolling machines, CNC bending machines, laser cutting machines, L-type machine tool milling machines, steel cutting integrated machines and other equipment, and has complete detection methods and equipment such as ultrasonic flaw detectors, coating thickness gauges, dust meters, and flue gas analyzers.
03 Testing Center
Taikai Environmental Protection has independently built an engineering experiment testing center, covering an area of 200 square meters. It has domestically advanced sewage and flue gas testing laboratories, equipped with advanced water quality testing equipment at home and abroad, and has the ability to detect more than 30 water quality indicators such as pH, turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, CODcr, and conventional atmospheric pollutants, which can provide accurate and reliable design basis for water treatment and flue gas treatment projects. The entire laboratory has the ability to build a small test platform, providing data support for the feasibility and reliability of engineering technology.

Wet flue gas desulfurization The main promotion of lime (stone)-gypsum flue gas desulfurization process. In order to meet the ultra-low emission exceeding standard requirements, single tower double zone, single tower double cycle, double tower double cycle have been developed and improved, and the desulfurization system of high-sulfur coal with SO2 inlet concentration exceeding 10000mg/Nm3 has been accepted and put into operation.
Semi-dry flue gas desulfurization The desulfurization system realizes no wastewater discharge and no white smoke plume. Flue gas circulating fluidized bed (CFB) semi-dry desulfurization process: In order to meet the requirements of ultra-low flue gas emissions, the original technology was redeveloped and improved, and the dust removal system, circulating ash system and other process links were optimized to achieve ultra-low emission technology of semi-dry desulfurization.
SDS dry flue gas desulfurization uses sodium-based compounds or high-efficiency calcium powder as absorbents to remove SO2 pollutants in flue gas under temperature conditions (50~260℃), which is suitable for flue gas treatment needs of gas boilers, coke oven flue gas and other industrial kilns.
Fixed bed (intermittent movement)
Dry desulfurization uses granular desulfurizer as absorbent, adopts radial flow or axial flow multi-tower design, and the flue gas passes through the desulfurizer material layer in the reactor to remove SO2 and other pollutants in the flue gas, and meets the emission standards after purification. The desulfurizer saturated by the desulfurization reaction is discharged intermittently, and new materials are added online to ensure desulfurization efficiency.
Flue gas denitrification Master the low nitrogen transformation, SNCR, and SCR denitrification processes of coal-fired boilers. The low-temperature SCR denitrification technology process route in the non-electric industry is becoming more and more mature. Our company has undertaken hundreds of ultra-low emission projects for flue gas denitrification in the steel, cement, biomass boilers, coal-fired boilers, coking, glass furnaces, carbon black and other industries.
Bag dust collector The ultra-low emission bag dust collector has complete structural types, large processing air volume, and high dust removal efficiency, which can meet the ultra-low emission index requirements of dust emission less than 5mg/Nm3.
Water treatment The company has independently developed, designed, and produced a variety of water treatment systems and equipment. The technology involves multiple fields and industries.
