On the morning of May 7, 2025, the Longdong–Shandong ±800kV UHVDC transmission project officially commenced operations, marking China's first large-scale integrated "wind-solar-thermal-storage" comprehensive energy base.

This groundbreaking initiative, designed to transmit over 36 billion kWh of electricity annually, marks a significant leap in advancing China's clean energy transition, with renewable sources accounting for more than 50% of its total capacity. The project is projected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 14.9 million tons per year, aligning with the nation's “Dual Carbon” goals.

We delivered the 550kV GIS equipped with fast circuit breaker for the Dongping Converter Station. This world-first innovation features:
