Taikai’s independently developed ODFPS-700000/750 ultra-large capacity 750kV single-phase autotransformer has fully passed all routine and type tests under the witness of XIHARI experts, delivering a new breakthrough in 750kV-grade transformer R&D and manufacturing.
⚫Single main column + side column voltage regulation technology.
⚫Full 3D simulation (electromagnetic, thermal, fluid) used for design optimisation – ensuring superior performance and reliable insulation.
⚫All performance indicators exceed Chinese national standards.
⚫Partial discharge levels: <10 pC (HV) and <20 pC (MV)
With this success, Taikai has mastered core technologies for extra-large 750kV EHV transformers (insulation layout, leakage flux control, temperature rise, PD), confirming full design-to-manufacturing capability for the entire 750kV series.
