Taikai’s independently developed 6.6kV step-up transformers for new energy applications have been successfully exported to Japan in batch shipments, with a cumulative total of 130 units delivered to date.

This achievement is underpinned by five core technological advantages that precisely address the stringent demands of the Japanese market:

High Efficiency & Energy Saving – Featuring low-loss iron cores and optimized winding structures, the transformers significantly reduce no-load and load losses. All performance parameters fully comply with Japan’s rigorous energy efficiency regulations, delivering exceptional green and low-carbon performance.

Compact Design for Space-Constrained Installations – Through innovative structural engineering and lightweight integrated optimization, the transformers offer a compact layout that is perfectly suited to Japan’s limited power distribution infrastructure spaces.

Full-Sealed Protection for Stable, Long-Term Operation – Built with a fully sealed enclosure and an ingress protection rating of IP68 or higher, the units withstand Japan’s high-humidity, heavy rain, and snowy climates, ensuring uninterrupted and reliable field performance.

Super Anti-Corrosion for Coastal Areas – Critical components are treated with heavy-duty anti-corrosion finishing and manufactured using salt-fog resistant specialty materials, effectively mitigating the harsh high-salt, high-corrosion conditions in Japan’s coastal zones and significantly extending service life.

Superior Short-Circuit Withstand Performance – Backed by advanced electromagnetic design and a high-strength mechanical structure, the transformers deliver exceptional short-circuit withstand strength, safeguarding continuous power supply and reliable grid operation.
